I am not sure why this hotel gets bad reviews. Maybe we got lucky and got a great room, but the room was big and clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. And, the room was quiet. We also swam in the pool which was a cool area and the pool was very clean as well. The staff was always friendly and seemed happy to answer our questions and help out. It is located near a lot of stores and restaurants and only a few miles from the Theaters. I will 100% stay here again on my next visit to Stratford. We paid $180 per night USD and felt it was well worth the cost.
I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was a breeze, my room was spacious, clean and well-appointed, and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit far from the theatre's so I had to take my car, but that was the only negative. Great price too!
We only needed a bed for the night and for that it was really good. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Some guests may find the decor of the secondary building we stayed in dated but we didn't mind it. It was well maintained and clean. Only issue we had was a noisy fridge. Once we unplugged it, we had a great sleep. The value was poor considering there was no breakfast. The rate the weekend after was at least $60 cheaper per night. Must have been due to demand with a couple of youth sporting events in town.
The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is spacious. The room is spacious. The location is good in an aspect that there are Walmart, Canadian tire and fast food restaurants nearby. Coffee is good. They provide soap bar for shower. Room is clean but furniture are old and there are stain on chairs. Even though I don't mind, it could gross out to some people. Should get rid of them or change the cushion. They have clean and big bed, but for some reason, the bed gives me backpain. Two night I slept, every morning, I get backpain just by sleeping there. I can say it is the bed cos the backpain went away after I walk around the town and it only happens when I wake up. Lots of car parking space. Other than old furniture and the bed that gives the backpain, I have no complain. It is a beautiful town.
***** Had a great stay! The hotel room was clean, nice, and spacious—perfect for a comfortable stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to Yash who provided excellent service. The lobby was also spacious and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Stayed here for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The location is ideal, very close to downtown and festival venues. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were always available and very accommodating. Loved the indoor pool – a nice way to relax after a long day. Overall, for the price, it’s great value and I would definitely return.
Not a bad place to stay. Our hotel room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Not fancy but ok. Lots of parking available.
